Assuming your office has a Kitchen Aid KCMS185J then your "Personal Choice" button allows you to control the sound volume on/off, change the weight measurment from lbs to kilograms,change the language displayed, change the scroll speed, change the clock from 12 hours to 24 hours or to turn on/off, or to turn the Demo Mode on/off. I'm not sure what's more puzzling; the actual explanation or the fact that your microwave has a DEMO MODE!
